Home of the Australian PGA Championships, Hyatt Regency Coolum's golf course if a superbly challenging and very beautiful 18 hole golf course. Designed by the renowned Robert Trent Jones Jr, the golf course covers over one third of the resort. The scenery of this course is stunning. Each hole has its own uniqueness - rolling linksland type holes run beside the Pacific Ocean, and the woodland holes are set in groves of native melaleuca and eucalyptus trees, parkland and rainforest.

Clubhouse Facilities

Our experienced team of PGA professionals are on hand to assist with all facets of the game of golf. Our extensive practice and driving range facilities which include a 270 metre all weather driving range, chipping green, practice bunker and putting greens, are the perfect venue to refine your skills or learn for the first time. The teaching professionals conduct private tuition, group clinics and specialise in corporate golf events. If you are wanting to master the Robert Trent Jones Jnr championship golf course, our teaching staff will assist you with all the golf course management skills you require with our specialised escorted playing lessons.

Improve Your Golf

The Australian PGA Championship for 2002 will take place 28th November - 1st December and represents a continuation of great golfing events at Hyatt Regency Coolum. Previously the home of the Coolum Classic and the host of the 1997 Australian Skins, Hyatt Regency Coolum has hosted many prestigious golfing events and has seen golfing greats such as Stuart Appleby, Fred Couples, Craig Parry, Larry Mize, Michael Campbell, Robert Allenby, Ian Baker- Finch and Peter Senior play its Robert Trent Jones Jnr designed championship course.
